We love cooking with tallow! This is the best one.
We used to cook a lot more with olive oil but realize that frying is just better with tallow, especially for meats like beef and chicken. The higher smoke point is key. WhoaNelly’s grass fed and finished tallow is hands down the best one out there.

I’m no expert on whether canola oil is really bad for you but I can say this, it comes in thin plastic bottles. Micro plastics. I switched to tallow a year ago and tried different ones. WhoaNelly’s tallow is consistently clear and tastes great!
